Atlantic University Sport released the 2017 fall sports schedules today, including women’s rugby, men’s and women’s soccer as well as men’s and women’s cross country. Hosts for the 2017 fall championships were also confirmed.

The Axemen soccer team improved to 6-1-1 with a convincing hard fought 2-0 win over the CIS No. 5 ranked StFX X-Men (5-1-2).

On the strength of two goals from junior forward James Fitzpatrick (Victoria, BC), in the final 10 minutes of play, the first-place and CIS #10-ranked StFX X-Men (5-0-2) remained unbeaten in AUS regular season soccer action with a 2-1 victory over the visiting Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus (1-5-1) Friday night.
