Summer Bucket List Item: Run a half marathon on my own

What are you up to this summer?

Working, racing and lots of outdoor track.

What's your favourite off-season workout/activity?

Swimming.

What are you most excited for this season?

Training camp.

Caroline Ash

Nickname: Some teammates and friends call me Carol

Summer Bucket List Item: Spend a day at the beach and catch up with firends and family that I haven't seen in person since being at school

Pre-Game Pump Up Song: Anything that's upbeat, it usually changes throughout the year

Favourite StFX Memory: Not one specific time but eating in meal hall with my team Saturday mornings after a long early morning workout.

What are you up to this summer?

This summer I've been spending a lot of time training. I spent the first two months running outdoor track and now I have been trying to prepare for cross country season, with our first race September 9, 2023. I have also been working lots and seeing friends on my free time. 

What's your favourite off-season workout/activity?

Biking with my family.

What are you most excited for this season?

Welcoming the new recruits and having a better sense of what to expect as I won't be a rookie this year. I'm also excited to see what this season brings.
