X-Women track & field sprinter Beth Lawrence is the latest athlete featured in our Getting to Know your X-Women and X-Men series throughout the summer. Beth is a fourth year Human Kinetics student from Ardoise, N.S.

If I could be StFX President for a day I would?
Improve our athletic facilities by adding an indoor sports dome with a field and track so it will be useful for all StFX teams.

A unique talent or skill I have is?
One of the few track athletes to have never thrown up after 300s

When I am not studying or playing my sport, in my spare time I like to?
Sunday morning squash tournaments and playing for the Goal Diggers intramural soccer team

If I could have lunch with anyone in the world, it would be with?
Shaquille O'Neal

My biggest pet peeve is?
When you are walking behind slow people on the side walk

My dream job is?
Therapist for a professional team

If I could compete in any other sport at StFX it would be?
Hockey with my girls em wints and nikki halla

If I could come out at the start of a race to an entrance song, it would be?

Something interesting about my hometown is?
My hometown has a pumpkin regatta every Thanksgiving, where people grow unbelievably large pumpkins and race them down a river against each other.

My favorite moment to date as a StFX student-athlete is?
Participating in the CIS Championships in the 4x400m relay
