Getting to Know...Davonte Provo

X-Men basketball point guard Davonte Provo is the latest athlete featured in our Getting to Know your X-Women and X-Men series throughout the summer. Davonte recently completed his second year with the X-Men and is a Human Kinetics student from East Preston, N.S.

Nickname: ‎ I have a lot of nicknames, to name a few:  Boo, Teamprovo, Young General, Pooty, and my parents call me Reid, which is odd.

My favorite moment to date as a StFX student-athlete is…?
The AUS championship in my first year and making it to the finals.‎

If I could be Prime Minister for one day I would…?
‎I'd just enjoy my day and travel in Canada, it's only a day not really anything I could do besides that.

My favorite Disney movie or character is…?
The Lion King - isn't it everyone's ? And definitely Simba.

My biggest pet peeve is…? ‎
My younger sisters.... just joking, honestly probably when people are late, I hate waiting.

My dream job is…? ‎
I'd love to just sit at home, sip some tea and do nothing all day but that's not reality, so I'd say NBA or NHL General Manager.
