'MIX IT UP’ FITNESS PROGRAM
New year, new challenge, new you! Come and be a part of this fun, positive, high energy class where the focus is improving your overall fitness through physical activity and social interaction.
This class is designed by using your own class-supplied agility square and incorporating the right combination of body weight, cardio and agility-based exercise that can be modified to each person’s fitness level. With just the right amount energy, music and exercise this class will live up to its name of “Mix It Up”. This program is a free offering to StFX students, participants are asked to pre-register to reserve their spot.
Program Length 4 weeks (Thursdays 6:30pm -7:15pm)
Start Date February 4th, 2021
Cost: FREE (registration is required)
Class Size: 8
Class Focus: Strengthening, Toning, Agility and Speed
Location: Multipurpose Room, 2 nd Floor Saputo Centre
To register please visit our Welcome Desk located at the Alumni Aquatic Centre between the hours of 12pm-6pm daily
