The game was one of two halves in which the X-Men controlled the play for the opening half-hour before the Huskies found their form and nearly tied the game after 60 minutes of play.

To drop the puck on the 2019-20 AUS men’s hockey season, the Dalhousie Tigers kicked off the year in dramatic fashion against the StFX X-Men on Wednesday. It took a shootout to settle it, but the X-Men overcame a three-goal deficit to take the 7-6 victory.
