XREC FAQ

Due to the closure of campus in response to COVID-19, XREC had to close their doors on short notice leaving our members, staff, and participants with many questions.

FAQ

Q:  Will my membership be extended?
A: Yes, once XREC reopens to the public membership extensions will be calculated and automatically updated in our membership database.

Q:If I have a locker rental will I be able to have access to get my personal belongings
A: Our Welcome desk team lead has contacted those that have rental lockers with XREC and has arranged for access if required. 

Q: I registered for a program (first aid, paddle boarding, NLS).  Will I receive a refund?
A: There are two options if you registered and paid for a program.  First option is you can have your name moved to the next available class/course, or second option is to arrange to have a refund.

Q:  How do I contact an XREC staff member if I have questions regarding memberships, personal training, group fitness, certification courses, club sports & intramurals?
A:  email fitness@stfx.ca and someone from our Team will be in contact during business hours

Q:  I need to pay an invoice for a rental, how do I proceed?
A:  invoices for March and year end are in the process of being prepared and will be sent out shortly. To make a payment contact mmacinty@stfx.ca to make arrangements.
