The crowd of over 200 were treated to a little bit of everything from the U SPORTS No. 8 ranked team, including even-strength, power play, and shorthanded goals.

The Dalhousie Tigers stole a 4-3 shootout victory over the StFX X-Women Friday night at the Charles V. Keating Centre. Tigers goaltender Fabiana Petricca (Woodbridge, ON) turned in an impressive 58 save performance and did not allow a goal in the shootout.
StFX X-Women hockey forward Sarah Bujold has been extended an invitation to attend Canada’s National Women’s Team Fall Festival this coming week in Dawson Creek, B.C. She is one of only 59 athletes from across the country invited to the annual training camp aimed at helping develop and evaluate the nation’s top female hockey players.
X-Women hockey athletes Sarah Bujold and Lindsey Donovan are in Calgary this week for a unique hockey experience as members of the U SPORTS all-star team at the 2018 Hockey Canada Summer Showcase. The showcase features the all-stars competing against the Canadian National Women’s Development Team along with international opponents.
X-Women forward Sarah Bujold and defense Lindsey Donovan have been selected as part of a 20-person U SPORTS all-star roster to attend Hockey Canada’s Summer Showcase in Calgary this August. Both athletes competed at the same event last year.

A pair of StFX hockey jerseys and game-used sticks are heading to the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto. Daley Oddy’s navy jersey and Sarah Bujold’s white jersey, along with recently used hockey sticks by the duo are being added to the overall collection at the Hall, and will be preserved and organized within the U SPORTS women’s hockey collection.
